Flight Model Is A Good Company. Roban Not So Much............

I ordered a Roban 470size Bell-206 RC Helicopter 470-Class Model, GPS Mode RTF Version LED Lighting System with Water Tank from Flight Model. The helicopter has a beautiful paint job and seems to be well made. Victor at Flight Model was very helpful answering all my questions about shipment tracking. It arrived in 8 days to Texas. Great company to deal with. However, I'm not so happy with Roban. The heli uses Ardupilot firmware in the X2 flight controller (FC). I got a USB cable that came with the heli to adjust settings in the X2 FC. When I contacted Roban about calibrating the FC they told me to just fly it and not to be concerned. REALLY?? They have no website support to GUIDE users who may want to adjust the X2 FC. I paid $800 for this machine and would expect better support. I have a FlyWing helicopter w/ GPS and they provide a program so I can adjust the H1 flight controller, which allowed me to adjust the settings to my preference. Roban needs to provide MUCH better customer support on such an expensive machine. Happy with Flight Model shipping & updates. NOT happy with Roban's LACK of support for a product they produce. There is a Facebook group dedicated to the Roban 470 size helicopters and many people have questions concerning the X2 flight controller. Roban has NOT been active at all in supporting the group. No one answers the support email.

I would give it a 5 start because the helicopter I purchased is amazing. However, one answers the support email. What’s the correct email to send support questions to?

Damaged fuse

When I unboxed my chopper, I noticed that the fuse was damaged, broken, a falling fin... desappointed...
I contacted Victor, FM will ship me a new fuse. Hoping it will be OK.
I suggested him to ship products with a double cardboard box. To be continued
