1. How to Track My Order?

  • We'll email you with the tracking number once your order is shipped out. Also you can check the tracking number in your account panel.
  • Tell me your name or email when you don't know the tracking number,
  • Tell Paypal Transsction ID is the last way, It is not convenint in our system.

2. Is Shipping Included in the Prices?

If the item is 'free shipping', you won’t need to pay for the shipping cost, wherever you are.
For products without ‘free shipping’, you just need to click the destination country and shipping method on the products page, then you will see the estimated shipping cost. Or you can check the shipping cost in your “Shopping Cart” when choose the shipping method.

  

3. Can I Save Some Money on Shipping?

If your order is no hurry, it is suggested that you choose the standard shipping method, which would be much cheaper than using express delivery.

4. If I choose express shipment, how you process?

We choose our courier depending on many factors, e.g. countries/regions, time, different circumstances, different express company policies etc.

Based on our customers’ expected delivery time, we would flexibly choose the courier services(Less 10days delivery), and will tell you the tracking number via email.
